Psychological Evaluation/Biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment, 90-minutes: $300
55-minute Session: $225
45-minute Session: $210
30-minute session: $185 (Must be accompanied by 45 or 55-minute session within 30 days)
Insurance
I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) and United Healthcare. I can also provide a superbill for reimbursement from other insurance companies, FSA/HSA administrator, or for tax purposes.
Payment
I accept Zelle, electronic check, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Each client is required to provide a credit card number that will be kept on file and charged in the event of No-show appointments, late cancellations, and accounts delinquent more than 30 days.
Cancellation/No-Show/Late Policy
A cancelled appointment negatively impacts three people: you, the Therapist, and another client. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. Arriving 16 minutes or more late is considered a No-Show, and you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
